I am an organizational ethnographer and professor at Yale School of Management in Organizational Behavior and Sociology (by courtesy).  My research seeks to advance our understanding of topics related to the sociology of work and occupations, collaboration between professional groups, upward influence and voice, gender inequality, and change in organizations.
